JOB OVERVIEW
The Interim Director of Kidz Korner (St. Paul’s before and after school care program) will be responsible for oversight and administrative tasks of running the program from March 2025 through August 2025, with potential for extension.

General management of the facility, including the following minimum duties:

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants who meet one of the following qualification levels will be prioritized:
(1) A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
(2) A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
(3) An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children.
(4) An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 4 years of experience with children.
All employees must provide or obtain:
(1) Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
(2) Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance
(3) FBI Criminal History Clearance
(4) National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR)
DURATION OF THE ROLE
This is a 6-month position, with potential for extension. We anticipate the Interim Director to be in place by March 2025 and continue through the end of summer programming in Mid-August 2025. Responsibilities will include completing the school year, overseeing a 6-week summer day camp, and preparing for the next school year.
We are also open to job-sharing or temporarily dividing the role into multiple part-time positions.
Potential Salary range: $20-$22 / hour (paid monthly)
St. Paul’s Child Care is looking for part time staff to work in the Allison Park. Responsibilities include interacting on a regular basis, with children between the ages of 6 weeks – 5 years, changing diapers, feeding lunches, activities, and much more!
Candidates:

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
